What are your shipping fees?

USPS in contental United States, Fedex or DHL for Overseas shipping.  We use the automated calculator embedded in the website based on the weight of the items ordered and the estimated shipping costs from the shipping partner.

 
 

 
 

When will my order be shipped?
 

If your selection is in stock your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your placing the order. If the item is not in stock you will be advised by email of the estimated time of delivery and we don't charge you until the product is ready to ship.

You will receive a series of two emails.  When you order is received  and when your product has shipped.

No.   Your card will be charged on the day your product is shipped.  A hold in the amount of your order is placed on your card but isn't processed for payment until date of shipment.

If your selection is in stock your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your placing the order. If the item is not in stock you will be advised by email of the estimated time of delivery and we don't charge you until the product is ready to ship. 

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

All sales are final but we warranty our products 100%.  Any problem with your bag we will fix it or replace it, barring any damage due to negligence or excessive wear and tear.   But if a tag comes off, a buckle or a seam breaks, send it back to us and we will fix it immediately.
